It was so interesting to try cheeses not available to me in local grocery stores! I enjoyed all of them! Fast delivery in packaging that had my cheese in perfect condition!

Love that cheese, finished all 180gr at once on a crusty home made baguette, washed down with a Malbec reserve, I was in haven, got to order some more soon.
We have been enjoying the monthly cheese delivery. It always arrives as expected & in great shape. It’s good quality cheese.
Over the four months we have received nice cheeses but we do wish the variety would shift a bit. It has seemed to always be cheese of a mostly same texture while mixing up cow, goat & sheep there is a similar ilk.
I know it was mentioned that basic cheddar was a no go but there are exceptional ones, triple creams? & what about blue cheeses? I guess I feel like the variety has been similar and we are drowning in conserve/jam. No other ideas for accompaniments?
Overall it’s been a fun experience.

A very nice combination of swiss and gouda, Five Brothers has a unique flavour that I really like. I buy several wedges at once and the vacuum seal allows it to keep for 3-4 weeks. It may keep longer than that but it's so good that it never lasts that long in my house, even if I hide it in the basement fridge!
bought this for my son, he said it was excellent cheese but didn't like the way it made his hands smell. lol
It is a great cheese for everyone to enjoy but if you are a fan of complex, fancy cheeses, you will not find it here.
It was good but I prefer cheese made with raw milk.
we used to buy bourceau from france but this no longer being imported. the chateau de burgougne is even better. make sure you close your eyes so you can experience the full smooth wonderful taste.
