Where are you located?

Do you ship outside of Canada?

No, we don't. We ship to most parts of Canada, if your area is too expensive to ship to, we will email you and refund your money. 

Do you have a retail store?

Will my perishables survive transit?

We vacuum seal most of our cheeses, then pack them with freeze packs to keep them cold inside insulated packaging. During the summer, we add extra freeze packs and use an insulated shipping container. 

What carriers do you ship through?

Greater Toronto orders (and some parts of outer Ontario) will be delivered with private couriers (no tracking). Other areas will be shipped via Purolator Express.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package and the area code we are shipping to. 

Can you give me an approximate cost of shipping to my province?

Toronto is $10. Other areas will be rated with a live calculator at checkout.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Shipping perishables from Toronto to other provinces requires us to use only Express service via Purolator. We don't make money off shipping & pass on our 50%-70% volume discounted rates to our customers. All prices shown at checkout.
