We want you to try all of our favourites—and we have a lot!
At the beginning of each month, our cheese experts will pick three perfectly ripe, hand-crafted, artisan cheeses. These are cheeses like you've never tasted before. Carefully aged, small batch varieties from local and international farmhouse producers.
Sheep's milk cheeses from the Pyrenees, Blue Cheese from northern Spain, Goat Cheese from Quebec, and aged Tuscan Pecorino are just some of the types of cheese you can expect.
Along with the cheese, we're including delicious hard-to-find products that we want our exclusive club members to try. As a matter of fact, you can expect between 1 and 3 items each month that will accentuate the flavours of each cheese and take your palate on an adventure.
Our club is more than just cheese, it's an experience.

Payment
When you place your order, your initial payment will be used for the first package. Future payments are automatically charged on the 25th of each month, a few days before we ship. This allows some time to make changes, skip the month if need be, etc.
Example:
Order placed: August 12th, card charged right away and used for September package.
Second Payment: Card charged September 25th for October package.
Third Payment: Card charged October 25th for November Package.
The 3, 6 and 12 month subscriptions do not automatically renew and there will be no further charges after 3,6 or 12 months respectively, which makes it easy and ideal for a gift. You can modify the shipping schedule anytime from your account.
The Monthly option does renew and you can cancel anytime before the 25th of each month.
