Very disappointed

I’m sorry to share this feedback, as I’ve ordered from your company before and truly enjoyed what I received. Unfortunately, this particular order missed the mark. One of the cheeses was rancid, and the others tasted off. While we did enjoy the hot pepper jelly, the other jelly was quite runny.

I’m not sure what happened with this order. I would still consider ordering from your company again based on past experiences; however, given the cost, this order was disappointing, and we honestly didn’t enjoy it.

I have tried quite a few times to submit the review including opening a Chat on your website, with zero responses.

"SURPRISE" birthday cheese sampler

recently purchased the surprise chesse sampler as a birthday present for my brother. He loved it. Ordered online, shipped directly to his house and in two days. It was effortless and flawless. He loved the 4 cheeses sent and the information sheet that was provided. He is an avid risk taker when it comes to food so i chose the riskier cheese option and he loved all four, plus the fig compote. A big win for the birthday present, and his words, one of mine best presents in the past 51 years.....plus you may have gained and avid online cheese purchaser.

Could be more adventurous

I got the "strongly adventurous" surprise cheese sampler as a Christmas gift for my grandfather, who prefers bold, strongly-flavored cheeses. His comment was that they all seemed "pretty mild", and the ones he mentioned to me that we were both familiar with (Brillat-Savarin, Camembert) did not sound all that adventurous. The cheese did arrive in time for Christmas, and I don't think there were any issues with the quality.
