The closest thing to cheese fudge that you're going to try. It's sweet and smooth, and features deep flavours of sweet caramel. As Whey gets boiled down and reduced, it starts to caramelize and sweeten up. It also acquires a beautiful dark colour as they form it into these 500 gram blocks of sweet cheese goodness.
A very unique cheese and a fun one to try.
We've seen people melt it down for a delicious, sweet fondue for dipping fresh fruit.
