A soft to semi-soft textured cheese produced in Italy. It is rich, creamy and almost 'brie' like. It has a thin, washed rind which gives the cheese a fairly strong aroma. The flavour is fruity and not as strong as it is pungent. You might even catch it in a recipe book melted on Pizza or Burgers.
