This is the original machine made for Tête de Moine Cheese to make beautiful and delicious cheese curls. 

The Girolle & Tête De Moine cheese combo make a great gift for any cheese lover! 

We have a limited amount of these machines, they generally only arrive once or twice a year so stock runs out fairly quickly. If you need them for gifts, please order while they are available.
