Delicious!

We had previously bought the red wine (Amarone) version and loved it. This one is just as good. Added to my list of keeper cheeses.

Ubriaco al Pinot Rose Cheese

The Facts:

Country: Italy
Milk Type: Pasteurized Cow
Age: 9 months+

Tasting Notes:

Ubriaco al Pinot Rose Cheese is looks as beautiful as it tastes!

A stunning semi-hard cheese soaked in organic La Jara Pinot Grigio rosé, a dry sparkling wine.

The flavours of currant and pink grapefruit mixed with the pleasant, fruity aroma from the wine make for a delightful cheese.

As a finishing touch, the cheese is then coated in rose petals. A beautiful addition to any cheese platter!

Pair with Pinot Grigio.

Our cheese mongers hand cut every cheese to order. We will always try to cut the exact weight ordered, however your piece might be slightly over or under the amount listed. But please know that we cut it freshly and specifically for you.

If you order several cheeses, we will usually make up for shortcomings on weight, if any, on the other cheeses ordered.

All cheeses are wrapped in special cheese paper and sealed to preserve freshness during transit.

Every order includes all the necessary thermal packaging and ice packs required for current weather conditions. Our main focus is getting the freshest product delivered to your door.
