Just the taste and smooth texture I want

Silky texture with a pronounced but not too strong taste. I spread it on a toasted bagel with a thin slice of Black Forest ham on top . What a wonderful breakfast.

Fans of soft, creamy cheeses are in for a treat with Le Pizy! Its delectably smooth, creamy texture, which becomes increasingly runny as is ages, is sure to delight.

It features a mushroomy aroma, typical of a bloomy rind cheese, with mild, milky, buttery, salty, slightly bitter flavours that come together perfectly to make up this gooey delight!

Pair with a sparkling rose.
