Bring Spanish smoky flavour to your kitchen with Hispaniola Pimentón de la Vera D.O.P. smoked paprika. Produced in Cáceres, Spain, this paprika is available in two varieties: Sweet (Dulce) and Hot (Picante).

Choose your flavour

  • Sweet (Dulce): Made with mild pepper varieties for a mellow flavour and distinctive smoky aroma.
  • Hot (Picante): Made with hotter pepper varieties for a smoky flavour with a spicy kick.

Traditionally made

The peppers are slowly smoke-dried over oak or holm oak wood for more than ten days, turned by hand, then ground in traditional stone mills to preserve their flavour, colour and aroma.

How to enjoy

Add to paella, stews and sauces, or try a sprinkle over roasted potatoes and vegetables. Choose Dulce for gentle seasoning or Picante when you want extra heat.
