It may look like a regular French Brie, but Fromage D'affinois is far from that. It's creamy, silky, smooth cream texture is achieved by a method called 'Ultra Filtration'. This method breaks down fat molecules differently than traditional methods.
Fromage D'Affinois has a mild to medium, very delicate, flavour. Great with champagne and fresh berries, or other fruits. Also delicious with a fruity jelly.
