This tasty Cheddar is rich with complex flavours and aromas of fruit and toasted nuts. It is a full-bodied cheese, with a tangy bite at the end.

Aged for at least 12 months, this English-style Cheddar from the picturesque countryside of Prince Edward Island is made from the milk of local cows from small farms.

Each wheel of the Avonlea Cheddar is cave aged, and is carefully wrapped in cloth. This cloth allows the cheese to breathe during the aging process, which helps it develop a rich, robust flavour.
