Cheese arrived warm. They emailed me at 10 am that my packed was shipped. It arrived close to 3. Box was hot must have been in the sun. Contacted them. They told me it was shipped at noon and it’s impossible that the cheeses were warm. One was in airtight packaging the other not. I’ve had foods delivered before. This is truthfully the first and only time I’ve had an issue.
As I told them I tried them once and that was enough.
