Tasting Notes:

 

Nuiton is a newer cheese created in Burgundy. It is a soft, creamy, buttery cheese with light, sweet notes and a bit of a salty finish. It may be brought to room temperature and enjoyed. However, we are very into baking this cheese into a fondue style experience. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or so (right in the wooden box). Just wrap the bottom in foil, leaving the top exposed. Dip your bread, cured meats, steak or anything else right into the gooey, cheesiness.
