Hard to describe, but amazing comes to term. It's unlike any other cheese I've had. Yet still familiar. Everyone would appreciate this cheese's flavor and texture, even after days from opening. Definitely to be appreciated with a pairing drink, jam, or pickled vegetable of choice.
