Malghe de Vezzena Cheese is a sought-after PDO protected cheese made exclusively in the summer months from the milk of cows on the alpine Vezzana mountain farms. This gives the milk a particular perfume, which in turn gives the cheese its unique flavour.

It has a firm, buttery texture, is aromatic, and very savoury. It has an intense flavour, is slightly spicy, with notes of wild herbs and forest fruits.

Pair with Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec.

If you order several cheeses, we will usually make up for shortcomings on weight, if any, on the other cheeses ordered.
