Maldon Smoked Sea Salt

To produce Maldon Smoked Sea Salt, traditional beautiful Maldon snowflake-like salt crystals have been cold smoked, giving any dish that extra bit of smoke flavour. Used on meats, fish or chicken as a finishing salt. Also great in sauces, salsas, soups and marinades. 

It's a salt you might not use everyday (or maybe you will) but a must have in the collection whenever you want to elevate a dish with a bit of smokiness.
