It disappeared quickly!

So happy that you have this cheese, Cheshire and Wensleydale available. I was concerned that they wouldn’t be as good in small packages but happily I was wrong. Can’t wait to get more in my next order!

Milk Type: Pasteurized Cow
Age: 4-12 weeks

Tasting Notes:

Produced using the curd from 2-3 days of milkings, which contributes great depth to Lancashire cheese's creamy richness. It is then matured for 4-12 weeks.

The cheese has a firm, crumbly, but delicate texture and a rich and creamy flavour.

Pair with Chardonnay, Muscat.
