Discover ADI Apicoltura Organic Italian Honey, crafted in Italy and presented in premium 250 g glass jars. Part of ADI’s Gourmet collection, each honey is made from 100% organic Italian honey and gently cold-processed to preserve its distinctive natural taste and aroma.

Choose your honey variety

  • Chestnut Honey (250 g): Dark, bold and distinctive, with complex, slightly bitter and tannic notes. Excellent with aged cheeses, savoury dishes and grilled meats.
  • Acacia Honey (250 g): Light-coloured, delicate and sweet, with subtle vanilla-like notes. Delicious with tea, yogurt, baked goods, and cheeses such as goat cheese, pecorino and blue cheese.
  • Wildflower Honey (250 g): Sweet, delicate and floral, with a gently fruity character. Enjoy on toast, with warm drinks, fresh fruit or a cheese board. Natural crystallization may occur.
