I first came across this cheese at an open market in Montreal, and was so glad to find I could get it delivered to B.C.! I was there with the whole family, and it was everyone's favorite of the 5-6 cheese we tried - creamy, complex, a little sweet, just a touch of funk but deliciously so... even the little kids loved it! Great eating cheese.
