Excellent Version of a French Classic

Foie Gras may not be good for your waistline, but the opportunity to taste the real thing once in a while, should not be missed. Duck liver treated in the classic fashion with Armagnac and lightly applied salt and pepper, is like butter. This product evoked our memories of Fauchon in Paris and the restaurant elite all over the South of France. Worth every penny.

Maison Fayard Bloc de Foie Gras Duck

Maison Fayard Bloc de Foie Gras Duck is a very smooth, creamy, and buttery Bloc de Foie Gras from France. This version is made with duck liver.

This producer complies with the Euro Foie Gras (European Federation of Foie Gras Producing Countries) Charter, meaning animals are fed with the right quality (non-gmo) and right quantity. They are grown in comfort, and free to move around freely, with plenty of access to water.
