SHIPPING BEGINS THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 16TH 2024

Within the GTA - orders will be shipped between December 16 and December 24, 2024 to arrive in time for Christmas.

Outside the GTA - orders will be shipped December 16th & 17th to arrive in time for Christmas. All major couriers experience major delays around holiday time so we need to ship out by the 17th at the very latest.

The only problem I had was the delivery man he wouldn’t bring my product up to the apartment. He said he was too busy. left my package in the lobby, and I think that was very unprofessional. I’ll think twice before ordering next time because I paid $10 and I thought that was door-to-door service

Thanks Richard, we will speak to the couriers and see why they couldn't accommodate your request. I know it's a very busy time for them, but they could've still taken a couple minutes extra to make it happen for you if that's what you needed. Thanks for the feedback.
