Saint Agur Cheese is a popular French blue, with a medium level strength for blue cheese.

If you like blue, but like it a little milder than usual, this is a perfect cheese for you. It has a very rich, creamy texture, similar to that of a Triple Creme. It melts really well onto burgers or steaks, and is nice to hand-crumble into a pear walnut salad. 

Pair with a Syrah.

If you order several cheeses, we will usually make up for shortcomings on weight, if any, on the other cheeses ordered.
