Manchego cheese is one of the most popular cheeses in Spain. As a PDO protected cheese, it can only be produced in the region of La Mancha and is made from the milk of the Manchega sheep.

Manchego Aged 18 Months is more complex, with deeper flavours due to the extra aging process.

It has a granular, flaky texture, with some crystallization.

The cheese has a buttery richness fruity, nutty flavour, with notes of caramel and butterscotch.

Pair with Barolo, Pinot Grigio.

Our cheese mongers hand cut every cheese to order. We will always try to cut the exact weight ordered, however your piece might be slightly over or under the amount listed. But please know that we cut it freshly and specifically for you.

If you order several cheeses, we will usually make up for shortcomings on weight, if any, on the other cheeses ordered.

All cheeses are wrapped in special cheese paper and sealed to preserve freshness during transit.
