Jouvenceau – Ferme de la Tremblaye (200g)

  • Milk Type: Goat
  • Texture: Soft, creamy, slightly dense
  • Rind: Bloomy, white
  • Aging: 2-4 weeks
  • Flavor: Mild, tangy, buttery, with subtle nutty and grassy notes
  • Aroma: Fresh, with hints of cream and hay
  • Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc, Sancerre, figs, almonds, honey, rustic bread
  • Origin: Île-de-France, France

Jouvenceau is a soft-ripened goat’s milk cheese from Ferme de la Tremblaye, offering a smooth, creamy texture encased in a delicate bloomy rind. With a mild yet slightly tangy profile, it delivers subtle nutty and grassy notes.  It's texture and style resembles camembert however, due to it being a goat milk cheese, the flavour has a bit more of a barnyard finish with hints of hay with an acidic finish.
