Also known as Abbot's Gold Cheese, this is a traditional English cheddar-style cheese. Cheddar Cheese with Caramelized Onion, made by the famous Wensleydale Creamery is a firm, yet creamy cheese loaded with sweet caramelized onions. 

It's like eating French onion soup in cheese form! Tangy and sweet flavour. 

Also, it is a great cheese for melting on burgers and hot dogs.
