Milk: Pasteurized cow
Age: 1-2 months

Tasting Notes:

A wonderfully creamy, buttery triple cream. Rich and decadent, our Triple Crème Germain Cheese is a soft cheese, dense, but will run at room temperature if it is ripe enough.

Not overly strong, but like most triple cremes, it has a distinct earthiness with a hint of mushroom in the finish, especially around the rind. Similar to the famous Chaource or Brillat savarin.
