Truffle lovers, our Truffle Gouda Cheese is for you!

Gouda has quite a long history, dating back as far as the 12th century. Since then, cheese makers have been adding spices, herbs, and other flavourful ingredients to classic Gouda cheese, in an attempt to make the already scrumptious variety even more delicious.

So when a maker decided to add truffles into the mix, Truffle Gouda Cheese was born. Some would say this is one of the more successful combinations, but really, how can you go wrong with mixing delicious cheese and truffles?

Truffle Gouda Cheese is made like regular Gouda, with its creamy, delicious, smooth, slightly springy texture, and sweet, buttery, nutty flavours. But before it's done, a generous portion of delicate, Black Italian Truffles is mixed  throughout the cheese.

Perfect for special occasions or a well-deserved treat!

Our cheese mongers hand cut every cheese to order. We will always try to cut the exact weight ordered, however your piece might be slightly over or under the amount listed. But please know that we cut it freshly and specifically for you.

If you order several cheeses, we will usually make up for shortcomings on weight, if any, on the other cheeses ordered.

All cheeses are wrapped in special cheese paper and sealed to preserve freshness during transit.

Every order includes all the necessary thermal packaging and ice packs required for current weather conditions. Our main focus is getting the freshest product delivered to your door.
