Everything was perfect

The cheese was perfect, the caviar was as good as expected.l

This caviar has a wonderful mouth feel and is not as salty as many others. I really enjoyed this.

Regarded as one of the most special grades of caviar, Osetra is nutty, rich and flavorfully delicate. Perfect grain size and beautiful black colour with a golden tint. 

Considered a notch above our other standard Russian caviar, although both are great and have slight differences in the taste with Osetra being a bit more pronounced with the caviar flavour and slightly saltier in the finish. Both are a wonderful option if you love black caviar. 

Serve with champagne on a sliced of bread or blini with soft butter or crème fraiche.
