Clotted Cream

Having been a dismal failure at making my own I was excited to find clotted cream at your store. We always have English scones at Christmas and nothing is better than strawberry preserves and clotted cream. I was not disappointed. In fact I also ate it on croissants lol. Will be purchasing again in the near future!

English Clotted Cream

 English Clotted Cream is very similar to Double Cream, however, it is a bit more flavourful, a bit thicker and has a higher butterfat content.

The difference comes from the process by which it is made, Clotted Cream is heated to create the fat and Double Cream has the fat rise to the top on it's own.
