Acetaia Malpighi Prelibato Rosé White Dressing

The Prelibato Rosé White Dressing is based on must from Modenese Trebbiano and Ancellotta grapes, originating from the vineyards of the Malpighi family, and combined with rose essence taken from the plants at the Malpighi family farm “Tenuta del Cigno”.  It is a completely natural product.

Great with raw fish, shelfish or fresh or grilled veggies. Makes a delicate dressing combined with a lighter olive oil.
