French richness

A little more intense than Camembert, but much softer (cannot cut it into wedge pieces as it spills down ) with just a small band of truffle umami. I’m not a fan of super strong flavoured cheeses but this one is quite enjoyable as a lux treat,

Château de Bourgogne aux Truffes Cheese

The extremely popular Château de Bourgogne aux Truffes Cheese has been taken up another notch. The thick bloomy rind is home to a very decadent, buttery, triple creme paste and a streak of beautiful black truffle down the middle. 

Creamy, rich and fruity, with a slight earthiness from the truffle. Truffle lovers will really appreciate this one! 

Pair with Champagne.
