Age: 2-3 weeks

Tasting Notes:

 Based around the famous raw milk cheese 'Reblochon' this soft cheese is great for eating as is or melting to dishes like Tartiflette. 

A thin delicate orange washed rind with a soft, pasty, creamy interior. Grassy with light hints of barnyard. Not as strong or pungent as a Reblochon. 


Minimum 200 g 

Pair with a Savoie wine.
