Tasting Notes:

Délice des Deux-Sèvres is an ash covered goat cheese from Poitou, France. Soft and creamy with a chalky center, very typical of French chevre. Fruity with citrus tang, not too strong. 

Pair with a crisp white wine and a drizzle of our Truffle honey. 

 ***All handmade goat cheeses may arrive with little spores of mold, this is completely edible and normal for artisan goat cheeses.
