Tasting Notes:

Rich and creamy interior paste with a thick bloomy rind. Delicate flavour with hints if mushroom and cream with a bit of salt in the finish. Cut into a wheel and watch it ooze out! Make sure you’ve got some crusty bread or crackers to scoop up some Chaource! 

 

Pair with a Champagne or sparkling wine.
