Lots of flavour, and pleasant chewy texture. Very good cooked on bbq as well.

Wagener's Hungarian Style Csabai (pack of 10) is a traditional Hungarian smoked sausage you can just unpack and eat as a snack or cut up onto charcuterie boards.

They are flavourful with spice but not spicy. You can let them air dry a bit in the fridge if you like them a bit drier and crispier in texture or just have them as is.

Please refrigerate after opening package.
