Much too strong a flavour for my liking and the taste of the truffles were truly disappointing

Tasting Notes:

 

Nuiton truffle is a newer cheese created in Burgundy. It is a soft, creamy, buttery cheese with light, sweet notes and a bit of a salty finish. This version has shavings of truffle in it, so you will get more mushroomy earthiness in the flavour.  It may be brought to room temperature and enjoyed. However, we are very into baking this cheese into a fondue style experience. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or so (right in the wooden box). Just wrap the bottom in foil, leaving the top exposed. Dip your bread, cured meats, steak or anything else right into the gooey, cheesiness.
