Full of robust flavour, a texture similar to cheddar, and a delightful crystalline crunch, this is the perfect crowd-pleasing cheese! An Irish Cheddar with a uniquely different texture and flavour. 

Flavours are diverse and complex, but come together perfectly. Sharp, nutty, and sweet flavours dominate the cheese, with complex subtle notes adding to the overall experience.
