Truffle Trove 150g

Extra mature Cheddar with Black Summer truffle. Earthy truffle aroma with notes of wild mushroom and hazelnut leading to notes of garlic in the finish. The texture is of a crumbly old cheddar with a bit of creaminess because of the wax coating protecting it from drying out. A delicious truffle cheese, perfect for wine or with beer and cider.
