Our Edouard Artzner Duck Rillettes with Foie Gras blends strands of duck confit with duck fat and foie gras.

This rillettes in particular is quite spectacular because they've taken it a step further and put bloc de gras right down the middle, so when you dig in, you get get creamy foie and textured rillettes in one bite. Simply superb! 

This producer complies with the Euro Foie Gras (European Federation of Foie Gras Producing Countries) Charter, meaning animals are fed with the right quality (non-gmo) and right quantity. Grown in comfort, free to move around freely with plenty of access to water.
