Teanum Olive Oil
Oil featuring herbal notes, with a persistent taste of almond, arugula, and green pepper.
The particularity of this delicate gold olive oil is that the olives are pitted, and then cold pressed using state-of-the-art technology. Teanum comes from the name of the ancient roman city Teanum Apulum. This city was located on the site of current-day San Paolo Di Civitate in the Puglia region.
