Tasting Notes:

La Sauvagine Reserve Cheese is a strictly limited-edition artisan crafted cheese from Quebec’s renowned “Fromagerie Alexis de Portneuf” fine cheese maker.

This cheese  is considered their “jewel in the crown”. Not to be confused with regular Sauvagine which is made with modified milk ingredients. As a surface-ripened triple crème, it has an unctuous, smooth texture, that’s moist and delightfully runny. Its ivory interior lies beneath a delicate washed rind.

Pair with a sparkling wine.
