Monty Python fans will recognize this memorable exchange that begins the famous "cheese shop sketch". Like with the excellent Wensleydale, Python was the only reason I only sampled Caerphilly in the first place. It was perfectly edible; no embedded explosive devices or iron filings or anything. It was a pleasant surprise; mild and unassuming. I've held it down ever since. Highly recommended!
