A rich butter-like texture, not very runny but rather like a firm stick of butter. Can be cut into wedges at its younger stages. As it ages and warms to room temperature, it becomes more spreadable. Very delicate lactic notes with hints of citrus in the finish. Pairs well with fruit, jams, and jellies.
