It's texture is beautifully gritty, yet smooth. Nutty, sharp, but pleasant enough to satisfy any palate. You can grate it onto pasta, salads, risotto, etc., and it completely transforms the dish.
Ours is cut for you fresh off a wheel, and you will taste the difference as soon as you try it. It is our top seller because there are so many uses for it, including breaking off a piece and enjoying with a glass of wine. Beautiful golden brown colour with lots of crystals visible due to the aging.
