This section will clearly describe the shipping process for our online cheese shop. Cheese is a perishable item and deserves special treatment in terms of the shipping process. We will ship cheese anywhere Canada, however, some parts tend to be more expensive. Prices are also determined by the total weight of the package (in kg).
We are located in Toronto, Ontario. As such, the best rates to ship cheese to are for Ontario and Quebec.
1) **We do not ship outside of Canada**
2) Packages are delivered to your door unless you live/work in a building. The courier will either leave the package with the consierge or try to buzz you if you provide a code. They will make an attempt to deliver and then leave a card for you to pick-up the package from the nearest pickup center. We are not responsible for orders that spoil due to any customers' unavailability or inability to pick up their package.
Consider shipping to your workplace if you know that your place of residence will be complicated to deliver to (and vice versa).

We mainly ship on Monday, Tuesday and by Wednesday 1pm cut-off time. Anything ordered after this time will be shipped next week Monday.
For local areas, we sometimes ship on Thursdays if Friday delivery is Guaranteed to us.

Some areas are classified as "extended areas" by courier companies and therefore require an extra fee. If you are in one of these areas, we will notify you by email and let know you what the extra amount is and wait for your approval and payment before shipping the product, otherwise we could process a full refund if you do not wish to pay the extra amount)
