Do you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately, at this point we only ship within Canada due to customs issues. We hope to deal with this issue very soon.
Perishable items such as cheese and certain non-shelf stable meat and seafood products must be shipped through 1-day service. Please provide a valid e-mail and/or phone number in case you are in an area which requires extra shipping fees. We will contact you before we proceed with the order to make sure you are satisfied.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee that any perishable or non-perishable product you receive from Cheesyplace.com will be of high quality and in top physical condition when it leaves our warehouse. If by circumstances which are out of our control the product is not up to standard, please contact us within 24 hours. By law, we do not accept any perishable products to be returned. Non-perishable items may be returned at the customer's shipping expense plus a possible restocking fee (unless we made a mistake).
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package, the area code we are shipping to, and whether or not the items you choose are perishable or non-perishable. Unfortunately, shipping within Canada is not cheap due to factors out of our control but we will be lowering the shipping price as soon as possible.

We may ship items separately to save on shipping costs.

To some area codes, Canada post only offer 2 or 3 day service, in these cases we will take extra precautions when shipping your products (i.e add more insulation and ice). We reserve the right to refuse an order and return your money if the costs are too high for shipping to your area.
Do you offer wholesale pricing to restaurants and business?
No. Not at this point.
This is a gift; do you include prices on your packing slip?
No, the packing slip only includes a list of what products are in the package and the address we are shipping to.
Will the cheeses weigh exactly as listed?
The portion will be freshly cut from a wheel in order to provide you with the best quality possible, due to this, exact weights are not always possible. We promise to do our best in providing you exactly or more than you ordered.
Are the pictures shown an exact representative of what i will receive?
Some pictures do not represent exactly what you will receive. The cheese might be the same, but for example, the producer might be a different one than shown, the portions are obviously different. Please use our contact form for any questions you may have. Also, some images were not taken by us and are the copyright of their respective owners. If an owner of a picture would like us to not use an image, please contact us via our contact form and we will remove your images from our website.
Also, If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace it with another product of equal or greater value. Keep in mind, cheese goes through life cycles and sometimes cheeses aren't ready for consumption. We want to provide you the product in its best stage, even if we have to replace it with another cheese. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
