This is a super creamy and buttery cow’s milk cheese from the Burgundy region of France. Cream is added to the milk twice during the making process thus making it a triple cream cheese. It is not very strong in flavour; however it does tend to get a little spicier closer to the rind. The rind is fully edible but can get very tart and sharp. A lot of people who like stronger cheeses like Delice because other triple creams like St.Andre are a lot milder. We love having this cheese with some champagne or sparkling wine, the bubbles break down the fat particles really well. But you can definitely have it with your favourite red or white
