Manchego is a cheese made in the La Mancha Region of Spain. It is made from sheep’s milk. This particular version is aged for approximately 6 months. It’s a hard cheese but still has a slight creaminess to it. One of our most popular cheese. It’s nutty flavour is a huge crowd pleaser.
