A blue cheese made in the Auvergne region of France. It is an AOC protected cheese which means it has to be made in a certain region have authorization to use it’s name. It is quite flavourful but not as spicy or sharp as other blue cheeses .It is also a little less salty than some blues. It is fairly creamy in texture yet it can be crumbled into a salad. We also love the way it melts over a steak, it adds a wonderful flavour but doesn’t overpower the meat. Just a great overall blue cheese.
